I've read the cards over 3 times & they give me much comfort; I was totally unprepared for the death of my wife "Lola". Cards gave me much to think about when all the angels are praying for you. They came from Canada, Austrailia, even England & the US over fifty in number. Thanks to Karen Curtis & your "Online Angels" who are doing a wonderful ministry. Express my gratitude to all of them. God bless all of them. Neil Concannon

I want to personally thank you for this love-ghan along with the book mark crosses, pin and the wonderful crocheted angel with the heart on it and the rosary. I am so thankful for this wonderful gift. We were having a thunderstorm, so I was laying in my hospital bed in my livingroom reading my bible when the FedEx truck pulls up the driveway. I was/am baffled with whom sent this to me. I have been laid up for a year now and have been to so many specialists that I can hardly count. They tell me I have Autoimmune Disease. I have had Bell's Palsy twice in the past 5 months, plus many other things. I walk with a cane because my feet, legs and knees hurt. Also all my joints hurt, but am told that I don't have Rheumatoid Arthritis. That is a good thing. I really Love the Love-ghan and will cherish it forever. Diane Everett
I received the beautiful love-ghan yesterday along with a crocheted angel with a red heart is attached it and 3 bookmarks, a rosary and a pin that says "Praise the Lord". The angel is so cute and the afghan is absolutely beautiful. I was total surprised. I also got a wonderful letter that explains why I got this love package and it was from someone that loved me very much. As a matter of fact, it was thundering and lightening, (we actually had 4 thunderstorms in a matter of 3 hours) so I was on my bed reading my bible when the FedEx truck comes up the driveway with a package. I'm not expecting anything, so I figured it was a envelope for Brent from Xerox. When it was to me with writing on the outside of the box that said,"From Online Angels with Love and Prayers :) I was so curious but extremely surprised and delighted. It took me a while to finally figure it was from you. I remembered that when we were talking last Saturday you asked me what my actual street address was, but then at that point I still didn't quite know. I went on the web site and it mentioned knitting or crocheting 6 squares and send it to them to make the the afghan and several gifts to help cheer up the person, whom ever it is, whether it is a cancer patient, veteran, child that is sick, etc. What a great organization to be involved with, and you should feel honored to be a part of this. I called Donna and asked her if she knew anything about Online Angels, just to confirm that it was you that had it sent to me, and she said that you were involved with one of the organizations that was a part of the Online Angels. We didn't talk but 30 seconds because of the thunderstorm, but I just had to confirm it. Do you do the same kind of square, or do you do several different kinds. I am wondering if one of the squares that you made is on this beautiful afghan. Rhonda, thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing this wonderful thing for me. You really made my day and I love the afghan and what it stands for and will always know that you made this possible for me. Love, Diane

I just wanted to thank the angels, for the school supplies for sarah, they couldn't have come at a better time, thank you and God bless you all, Pat
Daniel and Tammy recieved their school supplies yesterday... We were actually bringing them home from swimming, and FedEx was at their door, we told Daniel to hop out of the car, and see what they were doing. He was handed the box, and he started carrying it up the steps, and he yelled for Tammy to hurry up because the box was heavy (she had to unlock the door) as he was walking up the steps, he looked at the name on the box, and he was like" ITS FOR ME, ITS FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He was sooo excited! When they got in and opened it all up, Tammy sat there and cried, and Daniel was sooo excited! He was jumping all around, and loved everything in the box! There was so much there that it will last him for years to come! They loved the box so much! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!! Angie
Mrs Mary & Angels, I just wanted to say Thank You for my box of school supplies. You are all so nice to think of me. Ryan Smith
Just wanted to let you all know I have praise for Fed Ex. I had requested a box to be sent to a friend of a friend who is going through Prostate Cancer treatments. Well the friend lives in rural West Virginia at the end of a long country lane. I was crossing my fingers the box would be able to get to them. Just heard from my other friend that it did indeed get there and is so very much appreciated by Rick and Jeannie. Seems the Fed Ex guy had stopped at the drugstore in town and got directions to their house so he could deliver it. What a wonderful guy to go through that to make sure a box of love and comfort was delivered. Also shows how wonderful small towns could be that the people at the drugstore were able to tell him how to get there. Teresa B

We have each taken one of the crosses and Jacks Grandma and Grandad will also be seeing all the bits tomorrow. Jack cannot believe you have sent this all the way from America. Thank you all so very much for showing your love in such an amazing way. Thank you very much. Love, Amy, Kevin, Jack & Daisy From England
hiya, my neighbour came over the other day, she was on cloud 9 after recieving her box from you, shes planning on writing herself, but i thought i would let you know how thrilled she was, she said as she snuggled under it she could feel all the love that had gone into it. :) Thank you for making her very happy. love Viks
Dear Mary, I just finished looking at your website and marvel at what you are doing. What an outreach program you have that can bring such joy to so many. Today you added a ray of special sunshine to my life, when I found a box from you leaning against my front door. Needless to say it was truly another surprise when I opened it open and saw its contents. You could feel the presence of love inside. I am currently in my 12 day of dealing with shingles that have attacked the left side of my face and skull. Right now doctors are trying to find a pain reliever that agrees with me, after having two allergic drug reactions on Sun. and Mon. Needless to say the pain (which is excruciating) has a way of wearing you down after awhile. I know I'm in God's hands and there are indeed angels around me and given time all will pass. In the meantime, I can say, "Special Angels paid me a visit today sharing a wonderful gift of love. I thank you and your supporters for the ministry you have and may God bless you in all your endeavors! I also have a question for you: Could you tell me who submitted my name to you to receive this gift, so I can personally thank them. I am a minister that works with people all over the United States and right now finding out on my own who was responsible for the "day brighter" would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. If you could assist me in this matter, I would really appreciate it. Bless you, Beverly Watson
Online Angels, My aunt had just received one of your gift boxes, as she had fallen ill. She told me about your website and I would be interested in making squares for the blankets. I also wanted to know if you would like homemade scarfs (especially with winter around the corner). I live in Ohio, so I know with you in Pennsylvania that the winters get especially cold. I think your organization is just wonderful (after reading your website) and wish I could send some money, but with being a single mom (after 19 yrs of an abusive marriage) my funds are limited, but my love for helping people less fortunate than me is real. I would be glad to crochet what is needed. I do not know how to make chemo caps, but I could always learn. In the meantime, I can send some squares (as long as I know the size) and if you accept them, some scarfs. Please let me know what I can do and I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Shelly Giebeler
Hello Angels Cody got his Angle box today. He made his bed right away with the loveghan. And is still carrying the box around with him with the other goodies. He is outside building forts, and drags things from one part of the yard to the other. And with him he's carrying his box from place to place. He had us read him the card, and letter inside. Even showed my Grandchildren the contents. Now mind you he doesn't share one bit. They are never near his things...but this time he let them have a peek. He's so very proud he got mail. He's been here 4 weeks now. Only one call from each of his parents. His Mom has asked for one visit..so he really liked someone knowing where he lives. Thanks so very muh for making today special. He had meetings all morning, and re-evals at the pycologists, and it's a big stress on him. The box was awaiting us when we got home. Bet he sleeps with angel hugs tonight. Thanks again Love Gail
thanks again, so-o-o much. course you aren't helping the waistline of some of the Soldiers. They really do appreciate it. we can see the end in sight, so now we really have to work hard to keep them focused on the job at hand. they are doing great things, and everyone should be extremely proud of them. we really do appreciate all that you and the fellow citizens have done in supporting them. Give my best to all. Alan
Mary, I just wanted to thank you and all the wonderful angels. On Thursday the Fed-Ex truck arrived. What a wonderful surprise to receive a bequtiful ghan. I was completely overcome with so much emotion I can't put it into words. I went to see a specialist and she is going to do some testing to see why I am having such a difficult time. They don't know if there is something major wrong or if it is all from the fibromyalgia. Last night I had a fever again.... and so I just wrapped myself up in the ghan that you sent. It gave me so much comfort. I will cherish it the rest of my life. Thank you all again. Hugs, Dolores
Many thanks for sending "Daniel B" from the Postpals web page a Love-ghan. He received it yesterday along with all his crochet crosses and Angel. He has stuck all the bits and bobs on his bedside and thinks his Love-ghan is wonderful. He sat with it wrapped round him last night while he was watching TV. Many many thanks for making my son smile - a wonderful thing to do for children. Kind Regards from England Lorraine Barnes
A few weeks ago I requested a loveghan for my neighbor who is suffering with Lou Gehrig's disease. At the time he was walking with a walker but now is confined to his wheelchair - it's taking a quick toll on him unfortunately. I'd spoken with them on occasion since you sent it out but nothing was said and I didn't like to ask. This week Brenda thanked me for submitting Dave's name -- she said the blanket is absolutely beautiful and they were so pleased when it arrived. She has it draped over their loveseat when Dave isn't using it -- says they can see it there all the time and are reminded of the thoughtfulness of strangers who contributed to it. Thank you and all the Online Angels!! And on that note...I have a small package to send out this weekend to you -- Toni in Maryland
A thank-you will be following soon from my Granddaughter.....Megan loves her blanket....and all that was in her box.....who made the blankets?? They are so cute and so very special.....she carried her doll in it and shows everyone and tells them where it came from...she says an Angel Friend of my Grammy sent it to me....thank-you from me..... God Bless {{{HUGS}}} Carolyn in Ohio
Dear Online Angels, Your box of baby and children's clothes arrived (shipped Aug.15). Thank you so much. We were getting low on the small baby clothes. The ladies continually tell the babies that they are loved as they feed and dress them. Thank you for your concern. We appreciate your love shown to the children. Edna Lindholm (for Linda Jackson) Tunis, Tunisia
Hi, I would love to pass along a tearful THANK-YOU, from Margaret Peterson. Margaret received her Box today. Her Home Health Aide was with her and opened the box for Margaret. When the Aide read the letter that was enclosed, Margaret cried when she read the part that someone loved her and submitted her name. I went to her home to visit and she showed me the blanket and crosses that hang on the bulliten board at her bedside. She was so happy. As her friend, I say a HUGE thanks too. I was so blessed! Hugs, Stormie
I received loveghan box after my beloved aunt passed away, and the loveghan is always on my bed to help me remember that there are so many people out there that care!!! That is what is loveghan box!!! Hugs, Maria
Dear Mary & Online Angels, Thank you so much for your recent donation of items for our babies on the NICU. Everything is being put to good use. Sincerely, Lehigh Valley Hospital NICU
Thank you for all that you all have done to help us. You all are the best. Thanks Again, Peggy Box

Tracy (my husband) and I finally got to Fredericton to visit Joyce last night and we were able to deliver the love-ghan and other things that were in the parcel. Joyce had been awake all day and was tired by the time we got there... she didn't react much when I put the blanket on her, HOWEVER, her family were absolutely thrilled with it and asked me to pass along their gratitude for it - they said she will really like it when she is able to express it. I will send a 'mass' email a little later about how she is doing (we're on our way out right now), but I wanted to let you know she has the blanket and her family are thankful for the gesture and the prayers. Brenda
Dear Mary and "Angels", I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful box of baby items that our nursery received last week. I put our name on Bev's Country cottage site and yours was the second box we received! It is so wonderful to think that there are people like you all out there who want to help our little ones! Another nurse and I have been knitting hats, but our census has been getting bigger and bigger and the two of us are unable to keep up. Should you have anyone who would like to help us make newborn size hats (no tie bonnets) we would VERY MUCH appreciate them!!!!!! Thank you again to all who participated in making those beautiful items! God Bless. Kathy Kulinski, newborn nurse, Inova Loudoun Hospital, Leesburg, VA
